Since I discovered yoga around 1998, I have found my practice to be an incredibly powerful tool for positive change in my life. I have practised in various styles and traditions including Iyengar, Sivananda and Yin Yoga and I draw on these different traditions in her classes. I have completed courses Well Women Yoga Therapy and Pregnancy Yoga with Uma Dinsmore-Tuli, Yoga Nidra Teacher & Facilitator training with Nirlipta Tuli and Lucy Arnsby Wilson, Restorative Yoga with Judith Lasater and Teen Yoga Training with Charlotta Martinus. I have also been honoured to assist on the Well Woman Yoga Therapy Teacher Training with Uma and the Total Yoga Nidra Immersion Experience with Nirlipta.
