One-to-ones with Uma Dinsmore-Tuli PhD

Dear souls, 

How may I be of service to you today? 

I offer my time and skills to you to support you in the adventure of life. My twenty years of yoga therapy practice is at your service on the telephone, via Zoom or in person. 

There are three ways that I can support you. Whichever you chose, I recommend after you have booked your session that you take the time to write to bookings@thesource.co before the session, and describe what you wish to discuss, and what support you are looking for. That way I can tune with you before the session and we can work together with more focus in the time available.  

1. Listening and mentoring 

Sometimes what is needed is just time to be HEARD - I can listen in to where you are, and provide mentoring for personal and professional issues (30 minutes or 1 hour sessions). We can do these sessions on the phone or via Zoom. Please prepare for the session by sending me a brief outline of what you hoping the session will support you with. PLEASE PUT 1:1 session and your name in the title of the email.

 

2. Co-creating a Total Yoga Nidra practice to support where you are in your life (one hour session)

This session starts with a fifteen minute sharing, followed by a 30 minute yoga nidra practice tailored especially for your requirements at this time, and then we have time to reflect and orient before the end of the session, Please prepare for the session by sending me a brief outline of what you hoping the nidra will support you with.  PLEASE PUT 1:1 session and your name in the title of the email. 

 

3. Yoga therapy session (one hour session).  

This session starts with a fifteen minute sharing, followed by a 30 minute yoga therapy practice tailored especially for your requirements at this time, and then we have time to reflect and orient and consider how to implement this in your life before the end of the session, Please prepare for the session by sending me a brief outline of what you are hoping the yoga therapy will support you with. PLEASE PUT 1:1 session and your name in the title of the email.

 

4. Motherpeace Tarot Reading (half an hour session for short questions, or one hour session available for longer enquiries)  

This session starts with a tuning into the cards, asking the question you are wanting to ask, and then is followed by time for me to spread and read the cards for you. I work mostly by sharing back to you the questions that the cards indicate would be helpful for you to reflect upon.  Please prepare for the session by sending me a brief outline of what you are hoping the reading will support you with. PLEASE PUT 1:1 session and your name in the title of the email. 


5. Motherpeace Total Yoga Nidra Session (one hour session)

This session starts with a tuning into the cards, asking the question you are wanting to ask, and then is followed by time for me to spread and read the cards for you. I then invite you to get ready for the yoga nidra and share a 30 minute practice with you that shares all the questions that the cards indicate would be helpful for you to reflect upon, in the format of a Total Yoga Nidra Practice. Please prepare for the session by sending me a brief outline of what you are hoping the reading will support you with. PLEASE PUT 1:1 session and your name in the title of the email.
